An ESD-protected zone (EPA) is an area in which electrostatic charges are prevented by using appropriate ESD-products. Electrostatic discharge can damage or destroy sensitive electronic components.
How to Order ESD Balancers
To designate this option, add a period and “ESD” to the end of a part number.
For example, TE9310 with ESD Protection option becomes TE910.ESD
