Resistance Welding Seminars: In-plant Seminar Outline – At your facility

Resistance Welding seminars performed at your facility consist of 6 hours of detailed classroom instruction along with 2 hours of hands on instruction at one of your existing machines. We generally try to limit the size of the group to a maximum of 12 people. This training is performed at our normal service rates.

Approximate Time Required – 6-8 hours minimum for classroom and hands-on training.

In-Plant Seminars Are Tailored to Your Needs!

We will concentrate and tailor the sessions on the type of resistance welding process you do.

Seminars are performed by Service Technicians with years of hands on experience.

Abbreviated Operator Seminars available at your request.

This 4-5 hour seminar will concentrate more toward an operators needs including Basic Resistance Welding, Welding Terms, Quality Weld Assessment, and Weld Setup if required.

Classroom Training includes the following sessions:

  • Pneumatic Systems and Troubleshooting
  • Welding Transformer Operation and Troubleshooting

Hands-On Session:

Reinforcing classroom training with a hands-on approach utilizing your resistance welding equipment.


In-Plant Seminars are performed at T. J. Snow Company’s normal per diem Service Rates (contact T. J. Snow Service Department for detailed estimate).

T. J. Snow Resistance Welding Seminar Manuals are suggested for each seminar attendee. Cost For each manual is $15.00 each.
