T. J. Snow can host resistance spot or projection welding training classes at your facility designed to fit your company’s needs and applications. We offer one- and two-day resistance welding courses with a combination of classroom training and hands-on experience at one of your welders.
Proper training plays a vital role in increasing production, reducing downtime, and prolonging the life of resistance welding consumables and machinery.
Seminars performed at our facility consist of 6 hours of detailed classroom instruction.
Attendees will also receive 2 hours of hands-on instruction at one of your existing machines.
Classes are taught by one of our highly experienced Certified Resistance Welding Technicians (CRWT).
Seminars can be set up at your convenience with about 2-3 weeks notice.
We concentrate and tailor the sessions on the type of resistance welding process you do.
We offer an abbreviated Operator Seminar available at your request.
Our Resistance Welding Training Courses performed at your facility consist of 6 hours of detailed classroom instruction along with 2 hours of hands-on instruction at one of your existing machines. We generally try to limit the size of the group to a maximum of 12 people.
In-plant seminars are tailored to your needs! We will concentrate and tailor the sessions on the type of resistance welding process you do. Seminars are performed by Service Technicians with years of hands-on experience.
Approximate Time Required - 6-8 hours minimum for classroom and hands-on training
