Amada Miyachi’s 80 Series Thin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 0.25 – 40 lbs (1.1 – 178N) of force. Both inline and parallel gap spot welding configurations are available. Ideal for both production line and benchtop applications, Thinline weld heads can operate at speeds greater than 3600 welds per hour!
