Machine Control Timing:

• Any WELD SCHEDULE may be selected as a timing device. With HEAT TIME set at “00” timing from 1/60 of a second to 15 seconds can be set.
• The PAUSE instruction is used to execute TIME events from an external timer.
• Dual palm button ANTI-TIEDOWN mode requires joint depressing of two palm buttons.
• TWO STAGE foot switch energizes or releases STEP 1 with FIRST STAGE initiation of the foot switch.

• PROGRAM #3 contains 99 STEPS and 32 WELD SCHEDULES
• PROGRAM #4 contains 99 STEPS and 32 WELD SCHEDULES
• CONDITIONAL BRANCHING:
• The PROGRAMS may be externally LINKED by external PROGRAM SELECT switches to sequentially execute all 396 STEPS.
• CONDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
• “PAUSE” in that STEP until LS1 is closed.
• “SKIP” the next STEP if LS2 is closed.
• “HALT” in that STEP if LS3 is closed.
• “REPEAT” in that STEP if LS4 is closed.
• RELAYS AND AIR VALVE OUTPUTS:
• 1 to 14 OUTPUTS may be enabled to become energized in any STEP.
• GUN valves will stay ON from SQUEEZE time through HOLD time.
• SHUTTLE valves and RELAYS for machine control will stay on for the entire STEP time.
• CONTACTOR OUTPUTS:
• 1 of 6 CONTACTORS may be selected to execute the WELD SCHEDULE selected for that STEP.
