Rather than add more amps of electrical service, which is typically very expensive and time consuming, we recommend that you invest in an ENTRON solid state Resistance Welder Interlock, with priority programming.
This device insures that only the proper number and size of resistance welders (as determined by you) can draw from your incoming line at any one time.
NOTE: Operators rarely notice any delay in machine operation, so production is normally not decreased.
These interlocks are sold according to the number of welders you need to connect. Standard configurations range from two (2) to eight (8) machines. To allow for growth, we recommend that you buy more capacity than you need right now!
